Sébastien Crespis a gifted perfumer with over 13 years of experience at Firmenich. Born in France, he is the son of the renowned perfumer Olivier Cresp. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the fragrance industry, Sébastien was immersed in the art of perfumery from childhood, and he early on dedicated himself to following in his father’s footsteps. Hailing from Neuilly-sur-Seine in Île-de-France, his talent is complemented by exceptional linguistic prowess: he is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Italian, a skill that has proven invaluable in connecting with clients and colleagues globally.
After studying at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery—where he refined his craft and mastered fragrance composition—Sébastien joined Firmenich as a trainee perfumer, learning under some of the industry’s most esteemed creators.
