After his formal education, he took his first professional steps with the brand Le Labo in New York, further refining his craft. He also had the privilege of perfecting his skills under the mentorship of Patricia de Nicolai, the granddaughter of Jean - Paul Guerlain, learning from the legacy of one of the most esteemed names in the perfume industry.
Cara's philosophy in creating fragrances lies in the pursuit of naturalness and a certain French - style sensuality. His works are not just a blend of scents but a harmonious symphony that evokes emotions and memories. He has crafted a number of remarkable fragrances, some of which are under his own name, while others are in collaboration with various brands.
For instance, with the brand Unique’e Luxury, he co - created fragrances like "Chypre Toscano" in 2018. This unisex fragrance is a complex blend with top notes of black tea, cinnamon, lavender, saffron, thyme, and violet, heart notes of cedar, leather, patchouli, smoke, and styrax, and base notes of musk, olibanum, vanilla, and woody notes. Another creation with Unique’e Luxury is "Hidden Accords", also launched in 2018. It features top notes of orange blossom, pear, and pink pepper, heart notes of coffee and jasmine, and base notes of cedar, patchouli, and vanilla.
