The premier collection in 2007 was a testament to her creativity and craftsmanship. It included seven distinct and sophisticated perfumes. "Berberia des" was inspired by the vibrant city of Marrakesh, capturing its exotic and bustling atmosphere. "Le pot aus roses" brought forth the delicate scent of ancient roses intertwined with the softness of rice powder. "Amande honorable" evoked childhood memories with the warm and comforting notes of almonds and musk. "Un the au sahara" was a nod to Paul Bowles’ novel “The Shelter - ing Sky”, transporting the wearer to the vast and mysterious Sahara desert. "Voleur de ciels" was designed for those with a sense of spirituality, believing in the concept of heaven. "Tobacco mucho" was a heartfelt tribute to her father, while "Embruns d’ambre" was dedicated to some of the happiest summers of her life.

Stephanie initially planned to launch a new collection each year to replace the old one, but so far, only the 2007 and 2008 collections have been presented. The 2008 collection also added new and exciting scents to her repertoire, such as "Berberia des extreme", "Blanc d'hiver", "L'eau niri que", and "Li altarelli", each with its own unique olfactory profile.
