Bartosz is the CEO, founder, and the "nose" of JAN BARBA. As a self-taught perfumer, he has dedicated himself to the art of fragrance, combining this passion with his expertise in composing and producing natural cosmetics for JAN BARBA since 2015.
A member of the British Society of Perfumers, Bartosz has been crafting original perfume compositions since 2018. His debut fragranceSuperioremarked the beginning of a creative journey that has since won acclaim from a growing global clientele. In March 2023,Warsaw Insiderdescribed JAN BARBA as a luxury perfume house whose fragrances "embody masterpieces of scent and art".
Educated in the UK, Bartosz holds a BA in Music from the University of Sunderland (2011) and an MSc in International Management from Teesside University (2013), blending artistic sensibility with strategic vision in his role at JAN BARBA.
