Brozler works on perfume formulas, often in close collaboration with esteemed perfumers like François Robert. This teamwork allows her to blend her creative vision with the technical expertise of master perfumers. Her clientele is diverse, spanning both private individuals and corporate clients. Among her private clients are ballerinas, who may seek scents that capture the grace and elegance of their art, and politicians, perhaps desiring fragrances that convey authority and presence.

She has made significant contributions to well - known perfume houses such as Union and Illuminum. For Union, she created a collection of four unisex fragrances - Holy Thistle, Quince, Mint & Moss, Celtic Fire, and Gothic Bluebell. These were crafted using ingredients sourced from some of the UK's oldest estates, taking a year to gather from natural habitats in places like Yorkshire, Snowdonia, County Derry, and the Highland heaths. This not only showcases her dedication but also her ability to translate the essence of different British landscapes into scent.

In addition to her work with brands, Brozler is passionate about sharing her knowledge. She runs a perfume school from her St. James’s offices, adjacent to Green Park. Here, she imparts her love and understanding of perfumery to individuals and children alike, nurturing the next generation of perfume enthusiasts and perhaps future perfumers.

Brozler's journey into perfumery was not a straightforward one. Perfumers have been part of her life since she was young, but it was her encounter with psychologist Jellinek, which inspired her to write her PhD on ‘The influence of smell on human behavior’, and her meeting with Roger Firmenich in Geneva after leaving university that set her on the path to the fragrance industry. This academic and personal exploration led her to the bespoke fragrance world around 20 years ago. As a fragrance curator, she has the crucial role of translating clients' fragrance visions, often using collages and mood boards as tools. She has also built an expanded fragrance oil library, which includes forgotten raw materials or precious crops in limited supply, further enriching the creative possibilities in her work.
