  Narciso Rodriguez, a renowned fashion designer of Cuban heritage, has established a prominent presence in the industry through his distinctive and contemporary designs. He pursued fashion studies at the esteemed Parsons School of Design in New York, refining his craft by freelancing for various city-based companies, including Anne Klein and Calvin Klein.

  In 1995, he achieved a breakthrough as Design Director for both TSE in New York and Cerruti in Paris. Notably, during this period, he designed the iconic wedding gown for his friend Carolyn Bessette’s marriage to John Kennedy Jr. This success paved the way for the launch of his eponymous label in 1997, which earned accolades such as the Best New Designer award from Vogue/VH1 and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).

  Beyond his fashion line, Rodriguez served as Design Director for Loewe’s Women’s Ready-to-Wear Collection. Returning to the U.S. in 2001, he further solidified his legacy by winning CFDA’s “Designer of the Year” awards in 2002 and 2003.

  His influence extends to the fragrance industry as well. In 2003, he partnered with Shiseido’s Beaute Prestige International to launch his first scent,For Her, followed byFor Himin 2007. The collection has since expanded to include editions likeEssence,Narciso, andOriental Musc Editions.
