  Niche designer

The niche perfume house of Lorenzo Villoresi was founded in 1990 in Italy, with its founder and perfumer being Lorenzo Villoresi himself.

His first journey to the Middle East marked a pivotal turning point in his life. Upon returning to Italy, his love and passion for spices, fragrances, and perfumery crystallized into tangible creations—his earliest personal fragrances and pot-pourri. During this period, he immersed himself in learning the art of perfumery, researching essences, and mastering distillation methods.

The house launched its inaugural fragrance line in 1990, which included scented candles, pot-pourri, and room fragrances. Notably, these were first commissioned by the house of Fendi. The brand’s debut fragrances for individuals were simply namedLorenzo Villoresi DonnaandUomo; following the success of these two editions, monothemed scents emerged (MUSK, SANDALO, PATCHOULI, INCENSI, SPEZIE, VETIVER, WILD LAVENDER). More recently, a collection titled "Fantasy Fragrances" was introduced, inspired by olfactory visions that evoke exotic locales, dreamlike realms, unique atmospheres, and vivid landscapes.

Lorenzo Villoresi’s work has been recognized with a prestigious accolade: the "Prix François Coty," awarded to him in Paris in 2006.
