Abdes Salaam Attar, formerly known as La Via Del Profumo, is an Italian niche perfume brand founded by Dominique Durbana. As noted by the brand, "Dominique Dubrana was born in France and has traveled to Africa, the Middle East, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. These travels led him to embark on a new spiritual path, and he became a Sufi. Eventually, he moved to Italy, where he began practicing the art of perfumery. He quickly focused on natural ingredients as an aesthetic choice, drawn to their healing properties and in an effort to craft fragrances using the finest available materials."
Operating under the name Abdes Salaam Attar, Dubrana started composing and selling his perfumes in Italy in 1988. In 1999, he launched his website, profumo.it, to offer his all-natural "Scents of the Soul" to perfume enthusiasts worldwide.
