Crafted by Catherine Jarno, Senior Perfumer at IFF, the scent unfolds with a sumptuous Ajwa date accord at its opening. Its fruity, buttery warmth is brightened by zesty grapefruit essence and softened by the subtle spice of black pepper. At the heart, frankincense essence glows with mineral-like clarity, while rare Leatherwood Essence LMR adds dry, tactile layers that linger on the skin. Finally, these notes settle into a base where smoky, faintly animalic oud rests upon the almond-infused warmth of tonka bean absolute—creating a finish that is both grounding and opulent.
